Icebar is a small ice cream outlet that opens late in Hougang. The place is difficult to find, look for anytime fitness and the icebar is just beside. The ice cream flavours are nothing to be wowed about. Price is average. I like the vibe of the place, and it opens late. Recommend for late-night dessert. No washroom in the store. You have to walk outside to public toilet.
